The need
A gifts shop running on an off-the-shelf store platform. It wanted a store with its own identity that helps customers choose, and a dashboard that gives the team the full picture of orders and customers instead of hopping between tools.
What we built
- 01“Build your gift” in five steps — the gift, what goes with it, wrapping, the message, then confirmation — with the total updating on every choice
- 02“Sama’s adviser”: three questions and it suggests the gift, plus shopping by meaning (thanks, a teacher, a friend, a new start)
- 03Ready-made gift sets, a countdown to the next season, and “notify me when available” for sold-out items
- 04Customer accounts, and order tracking through a link — no sign-in needed
- 05An admin dashboard: sales analytics, abandoned carts, coupons, and bulk order-status changes with Excel export
