Sama Gifts
A gifts store in Qatar in its new look: “Build your gift” step by step and an adviser that suggests the gift — connected to a dashboard that runs orders and customers.
What we built
- “Build your gift” in five steps — the gift, what goes with it, wrapping, the message, then confirmation — with the total updating on every choice
- “Sama’s adviser”: three questions and it suggests the gift, plus shopping by meaning (thanks, a teacher, a friend, a new start)
- Ready-made gift sets, a countdown to the next season, and “notify me when available” for sold-out items

Mustatar
A Qatari academic-planning brand: a semester planner for each college at Qatar University and specialised sticker sets — with a complete order system.
What we built
- An order form: a planner for each of 12 colleges, specialised sticker sets, and delivery fees by area
- A Mustatar-branded invoice for every order, and order tracking for students by order number and phone
- An admin dashboard: order statuses, stock with low-stock alerts, and weekly and monthly reports

Children’s registration, uploading and approving transfer receipts, and a dashboard for attendance, assessment and finance — with accounts and permissions for every team member.
What we built
- Register several children in one application, with family-name autofill and a sibling price
- Payment by Fawran transfer with a receipt upload that the team approves — no payment gateway, at the client’s request
- An admin dashboard with sections for attendance, assessment and finance, and separate permissions per team member

I have a system that works, but it’s not enough. Do you build from scratch?
Not necessarily. We decide in the discovery session: sometimes the answer is improving your current system or connecting it to another tool, which is cheaper and faster. We only suggest building from scratch when modifying would cost more than rebuilding.
What happens if you miss the deadline?
The delivery schedule is written into the contract as weekly batches, so any delay shows up in the first week. Any delay on our side is compensated with extra support days, free of charge.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code is delivered in a repository under your name, and the database runs on hosting under your company’s name.
Do you support e-invoicing?
Yes. We connect the system to both phases of the e-invoicing requirements and issue invoices in the approved format, with a QR code.
My team isn’t tech-savvy. Will they manage?
That’s a success criterion for us. We design the screens in the language of their daily work, train the team in two sessions after delivery, and record short walkthroughs they can come back to.
What does it cost to keep running after delivery?
Hosting and backups are a small running cost based on usage, paid directly to the provider. Support is free for the first 6 months, then an optional monthly contract with a set number of hours.
