The need
Orders started as WhatsApp messages per college. As demand grew, it needed a system that handles orders, delivery, stock and invoices without losing a single order.
What we built
- 01An order form: a planner for each of 12 colleges, specialised sticker sets, and delivery fees by area
- 02A Mustatar-branded invoice for every order, and order tracking for students by order number and phone
- 03An admin dashboard: order statuses, stock with low-stock alerts, and weekly and monthly reports
- 04An instant Telegram alert to the team with every new order
- 05Payment via Fawran, on their own domain mustatar.qa
