The need

Majlis games like Mafia need organising, cards and a dedicated narrator. We wanted an experience that runs in the browser, with nothing to download.

What we built

  1. 01Majlis games: Mafia, Spy, the Majlis Quiz, Who’s Most Likely?, Charades, and Madagish
  2. 02Plus five games for two: Do I Know You?, The Hidden Word, Don’t Say It, The Story Game, and Who’s Closer?
  3. 03One device passed around, everyone on their own phone with a room code, and a majlis screen on the TV that shows the game to all without secrets
  4. 04The standing crew: a fixed code, season rankings, titles every night, and an attendance streak
  5. 05Secrets never leave the server, and rooms survive dropped connections
