The need

An educational programme in Doha for ages 7–13. Registration, payment by bank transfer and follow-up needed one clear path for parents, and one dashboard for the team to run everything.

What we built

  1. 01Register several children in one application, with family-name autofill and a sibling price
  2. 02Payment by Fawran transfer with a receipt upload that the team approves — no payment gateway, at the client’s request
  3. 03An admin dashboard with sections for attendance, assessment and finance, and separate permissions per team member
  4. 04A photo album: parents see only their own children’s photos, through a temporary link
  5. 05Parent reviews are published only from an approved registration, and only with the team’s consent
